Key features of this Si APD (C30985E) include high quantum efficiency, fast response time, a wide operating temperature range, and standard AR coating for optimal response from 800 - 1060 nm. The fall time characteristic has no "tail" so the responsivity of the C30985E is independent of modulation frequency up to 200 MHz. The 25-Element Silicon Avalanche Photodiode Linear Array - C30985E is hermetically sealed behind a flat glass window in a low profile rectangular 34 pin package.
