Excelitas Technologies' 4 Channel Single Photon Counting Array, SPCM-AQ4C, is four channel photon counting card cable of detecting light over the wavelength range from 400nm to 1060nm. The SPCM-AQ4C module contains four APDs with a single power supply and four individual outputs and features peak photon detection efficiency at 650nm: 60% typical and a 0.5% probability of afterpulsing.

Each photodiode in the SPCM-AQ4C photon counting module is thermoelectrically-cooled and temperature-controlled for stabilized performance despite ambient temperature changes. Each detector is also mounted and aligned with a FC fiber connector.
Excelitas Technologies supports custom requirements for these modules including dark count, afterpulse, and peak photon detection efficiency. The SPCM-AQ4C 4 Channel Single Photon Counting Array is ideal for particle Sizing, confocal microscopy, adaptive optics and astronomical observations, LIDAR, and ultra-sensitive fluorescence.
