2 and 4 MP Firewire CCD Camera: SPOT Insight Camera
The SPOT InsightTM is a high quality CCD camera that can be adapted to any microscope for laboratory imaging applications. It’s available in 2.0 or 4.0 megapixel resolution configurations and features 14-bit image capture, low noise, 30 MHz readout for fast frame rates, and a FireWire 1394a interface.
This line provides the user with flexibility on a few fronts – you can select the 4.0 megapixel CCD camera model to provide you with a large field of view to match your microscope, the 2.0 megapixel model for when you need a fast frame rate for time lapse imaging at a low price, a monochrome camera for brightfield monochrome imaging, bright fluorescence, inspection, and phase contrast studies, or a color camera for high quality color images.
