High-Speed Linear CCD

A high resolution (8,800 pixel), high speed (120 MHz) linear CCD designed for digital copiers, document scanners, and machine vision features 7µm x 7µm pinned photodiodes for improved sensitivity, low noise and the elimination of lag. The KLI-8801 Image Sensor incorporates four outputs capable of operating at 30 MHz each, to provide fast scans and higher throughput. The sensor resolution is selectable between two resolutions, 8,800 pixels and 7,300 pixels, providing camera/scanner designers maximum flexibility. Multi-layer antireflective coated coverglass further enhances the accuracy and performance of this imager.
